• • • RAK SAFE offer a 30 day return policy from the purchase or delivery date, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, include accessories, manual, and calibration certificate. Item must be returned in with valid proof of purchase.

• • • If a product is defective, it may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty instead of the return policy. Warranty claims typically involve repair or replacement rather than a refund.

• • • Unless stated otherwise, return shipping cost will not be reimbursed and must be covered by the buyer.
